Job Responsibilities
the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. handling a variety of reception-related tasks including greeting and serving guests, monitoring the voicemail system, handling incoming/outgoing mail, arranging couriers' services, etc.
  2. performing administrative and clerical duties such as data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, accurate data management, and material support for school clients
  3. monitoring office administration activities such as managing expenses, handling room bookings, managing office supplies, arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of office environment, etc.

Requirements
  • minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • excellent telephone manners and communication skills
  • pleasant, mature, flexible, responsible, and well-organized
  • fluency in written and spoken english and chinese (i.e. cantonese and mandarin)
  • good command of computer applications such as ms word, excel, and chinese word processing
