Job Description:

As a key member of our hospitality team, the Front Desk Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out procedures.
  • Provide accurate information and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Offer assistance at the club floor counter and lounge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations
  • Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
  • Pleasant and hospitable demeanor
