Job Description
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle visitor inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
