This position involves interacting with guests, providing information, and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and departure is a key responsibility.
  • Accurate handling of guest check-in, check-out, and inquiries is crucial.
  • Providing assistance at the club floor counter and lounge requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

A minimum of a diploma in Hotel Studies is required, along with one year of hotel operations experience, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations. Fresh graduates may also be considered.

Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential, as well as an energetic, passionate, and hospitable personality.

Interpersonal and communication skills are vital for this role, requiring a friendly and guest-oriented attitude.
