Sales Channel Strategist

As a Key Account Manager at B&S, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and managing relationships within the beauty industry. Your efforts will be instrumental in developing new sales channels and supporting our sales team to strengthen our market position.
About the Role- You will identify and establish relationships with key partners across Asia, including brand, distribution, duty-free, and retail channels.
- You will lead business negotiations, ensuring smooth project implementation and collaboration.
- You will develop plans, coordinate resources, and resolve challenges to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- You will provide market insights and materials to the sales team, fostering new business opportunities.
- You will oversee contract creation, ensuring compliance and addressing risks during execution.
- You are a natural networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You possess a proactive mindset, work independently, and are results-driven.
- You have experience in beauty procurement, brand management, duty-free channels, or retail.
- You have a background in international trade with knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- You have strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- You have a self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
- You speak and write Chinese fluently.
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher, with professional proficiency in English.
