Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and optimize sales processes.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and motivate a team of Sales Coordinators, Sales Executives, and Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets, and provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Closing Deals and Building Relationships: Utilize your expertise and professionalism to close deals with C-level executives, build strong relationships with vendors, and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Operational Excellence: Direct the team to ensure compliance with business operational standards, optimize workflow, and maintain high levels of internal operational excellence.
  • Training and Development: Train the team with practical sales knowledge, and be agile and flexible to cater to the ever-changing market needs.
Requirements
  • 6-10 Years' Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales-related fields, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership ability to motivate and execute within an aggressive sales quota environment, with strong communication skills to communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce, PPT, and Excel, with a strong understanding of sales numbers and metrics.
