About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Telesales to lead our telesales team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Create and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Identify new market opportunities and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on telesales activities, trends, and forecasts for management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on customer insights.
  • Manage the telesales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience within a CRM Manager or Telesales role, ideally within the Consulting and Events / Conferences industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • Self-starter with a high level of resilience.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
