Job Title: Head of Sales Leadership

Job Description:

As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial strategy of foodpanda. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Sales team, driving sales growth and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with regional and internal teams to launch new sales activities and policies
  • Manage team KPI schemes and identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years' experience in sales-related field
  • Prior eCommerce, technology, or F&B experience is highly valued
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and execute within an aggressive sales quota environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze sales numbers
  • Experience with Salesforce, PPT, and Excel
