Job Title: Head of Business Development

Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in key markets, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue year-over-year, focusing on expansion of our product offerings in the Ship Management industry.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, adapting sales cycle procedures to specific markets, accounts, and leads.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influential stakeholders, opinion leaders, and potential clients to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales support team's compilation of budgets and tenders, ensuring compliance with regional business climate and company policies.
  • Client Management: Foster business ties between the company and designated current and future clients, resolving disputes and negotiating high-level agreements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in sales management, general management, or a related field, with a proven track record of bringing in high-value contracts.
  • Education: Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills, with expertise in sales cycle operations and competitive product analysis.
