Job Summary:
The Business Development Partner - HR will be responsible for partnering with functional heads and business unit heads to assess manpower needs, formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional heads and business unit heads to assess manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Carry out recruitment and selection activities, including updating headcount status and preparing reports for management review.
- Plan and implement recruitment campaigns, source and select effective recruitment channels and tools.
- Handle ad hoc staff functions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 2 years' of working experience in recruitment function.
- Working experience gained from banking & Finance industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
