We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at ICBC Asset Management (Global). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the business development team to formulate and implement business development plans to support the company\u2019s overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the business development team to develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to form the business development strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with product development and investment teams to ensure integration and alignment of overall business development objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of business development metrics.
  • Build and maintain a high performing business development team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fund sales and distribution in the finance sector.
  • Type 4 and 9 license holder is a must.
  • Possesses good client resources and with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Results oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organization skills with team management experience.
  • Familiar with SFC and other relevant regulations.
  • Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
