Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Communicate new products and services to clients
- Identify and escalate potential opportunities in the local market
- Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Client Implementation Services to ensure efficient transition processes
- Support the achievement of HSBC's vision, values, goals, and culture
- Provide technical leadership and support technical excellence
- Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures, and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of global trade and receivables finance, services, products, and techniques
- Good understanding of market trends, competitive environment, and regulatory environment
- Detailed knowledge of Credit and Risk, including techniques to mitigate risk
- Proven ability to identify and meet customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
- Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
