Job Title: Head of Sales Management About the Role: Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our sales management team. As Head of Sales Management, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing franchise strategy, scorecards, and sales targets to drive business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives * Lead a team of sales managers to drive sales performance and achieve desired outcomes * Collaborate with business finance, data, and analytics teams to improve report content and frequency * Manage headcount and costs effectively * Work closely with business risk management and business implementation teams to achieve a balanced approach on risk vs. business impact vs. client outcome Requirements: * University graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline * Minimum 10 years' private wealth/private banking experience * Proven track record of formulating strategy, scorecards, executing sales initiatives, and championing sales performance management * Strong business knowledge in investment and insurance products * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines * Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to analyze data and transform into actionable insights * Attention to detail, compliance, and control orientation * Proficiency in both English and Chinese About Us: Hang Seng Bank Limited is a leading financial services organization in Hong Kong.
