Job Title: Head, Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales team at foodpanda. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy and growth, managing the department, and leading by example to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead by example to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with C-level executives.
  • Maintain internal operational excellence and ensure compliance with business operational standards.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years' experience in sales-related field.
  • Prior eCommerce, technology, or F&B experience is highly valued.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and execute within an aggressive sales quota environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze sales numbers and metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PPT, and Excel.
