Job Title: Head of Sales GBA

Harbridge Partners is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the technology solutions market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide valuable insights and suggestions for product positioning.
  • Establish and maintain a wide customer relationship network, ensuring close communication with key customers and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead complex sales projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, provide professional product consultation, and showcase the value and advantages of products or services.
  • Participate in contract negotiation and signing, ensuring contract terms align with company interests, and supervise contract execution and delivery.
  • Collect market and customer feedback, conveying it to relevant departments to promote product improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
  • More than 8 years of IT sales experience, with successful large-scale project experience preferred.
  • Sales experience in MSP cloud preferred.
  • Profound industry knowledge and market insight, with ability to accurately grasp market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with C-suites.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong self-driven and goal-oriented, with ability to maintain a positive work attitude and high efficiency under high pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with different departments.
