Head of Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Corporate Travel business across Hong Kong and Greater China.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the Asia Pacific Sales Plan, focusing on expanding local markets and driving best practices across the region.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team in executing all sales-related activities, from fact-finding and qualification to RFP response and pre-emptive sales bids.
  3. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results and collaborating with Marketing and Product Development to develop best-in-class selling propositions.
  4. Build a talented organization that achieves results by finding, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and motivated sales workforce.
  5. Align strategies with regional sales colleagues and share best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the region.
  6. Live and instill in team members the values of personal accountability and a winning culture.
  7. Meet expense budgets by actively controlling team expenditures and developing linkages with the implementation team to facilitate fast and efficient implementation of won business.
  8. Support the VP, Head of Sales, Asia Pacific in inspiring an energized and winning culture within each individual Sales Manager across all markets in the region.

Requirements:

  1. Achieve aggressive Corporate Travel Sales targets across Hong Kong and Greater China.
  2. Lead a sales team in executing all sales-related activities from fact-finding and qualification, RFP response, and pre-emptive sales bids.
  3. Aggressively manage the Hong Kong Corporate Travel Sales pipeline ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of results.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and new Product Development in developing and executing best-in-class selling propositions.
  5. Develop and execute the Hong Kong and Greater China sales strategy in line with the Asia Pacific Sales Plan.
  6. Build a talented organization that achieves results by finding, developing, and retaining a highly talented and motivated sales workforce.
  7. Align strategies with regional sales colleagues and share best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality across the region.
  8. Live and instill in team members the Blue Box Values, including personal accountability and the will to win.
  9. Meet all expense budgets by actively controlling all teams' expenditures.
  10. Develop linkages with the implementation team to facilitate fast and efficient implementation of won business.
  11. Align with global sales effectiveness to develop continuous improvement training schedules to increase scorecard effectiveness across all sales teams.
  12. Support VP, Head of Sales, Asia Pacific in inspiring an energized and winning culture within each individual Sales Manager across all markets within the region.
