Circulation Partnerships Manager

At Shangri-La, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Circulation Partnerships Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of work experience in business development, partnership management or loyalty programme strategy, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Hotel Management or any other relevant disciplines.
A strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal aspects of partnerships is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes and achieving results through strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. They will also be able to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. If you have less experience, you may be considered for the role of Manager, Shangri-La Circle (Partnerships).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive circulation partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Hotel Management or any other relevant disciplines
- 8+ years of work experience in business development, partnership management or loyalty programme strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
