About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Partnership Manager to spearhead customer engagement strategies, drive loyalty, and fuel revenue growth for our esteemed client in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM partnership initiatives that enhance customer experiences and foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partners that align with our client's brand values and customer base.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and seamless integration with the CRM ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement co-branded marketing campaigns and customer-facing initiatives across various channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on the impact of CRM partnership initiatives on key business indicators such as customer lifetime value and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or customer engagement roles, with a focus on partnership management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that leverage partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary range of HKD 60,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
