Digital Health CRM Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Health CRM Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives year-over-year sales growth and retention rates.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results. They will be analytical, strategic, and creative, with perfect spoken and written English. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to excellence.
This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product. The specialist will be responsible for designing and executing targeted email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals to drive YOY sales growth and retention rates to meet or exceed goals.
- Onboarding, engaging, and renewing members through email, SMS, and in-product touchpoints.
- Developing processes to help the company get closer to its members, generating insights that improve members' experiences and the marketing programs that attract and retain them.
- Implementing campaigns to increase app downloads, dental invoice scans, and overall app engagement.
- Designing and executing rewards programs and referral initiatives to enhance member engagement.
- Leveraging tools within ActiveCampaign, including AI, to optimise member engagement and conversion rates.
