The Role Overview

This full-time position will suit an exceptional individual who has achieved remarkable results in CRM management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals to drive year-over-year sales growth and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns designed to improve new member onboarding, including mobile app usage, choosing a dentist, scanning invoices, and increasing member engagement metrics.
  • Implement email and app notification campaigns to improve retention of current subscribers.
  • Leverage tools within ActiveCampaign, including AI, to optimise member engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and execute rewards programs and referral initiatives to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance member journeys and experiences.
  • Develop personalised communication strategies for renewals and proactive member support.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to identify at-risk members and implement preemptive retention measures.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions.
