About the Role

As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and expert advice to meet their evolving needs. You will work closely with our Investment and Insurance Specialist Team to deliver comprehensive financial services and support clients throughout their life journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of Premier clients, establishing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Match our financial and investment products to clients' needs, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity about clients, helping them achieve their financial ambitions
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to identify and fulfill multiple client needs
  • Promote our Premier Service to potential clients, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units
  • Support branch improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance
Requirements
  • University level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline
  • Experience in a client-facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer centricity mindset, with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
  • Good understanding and strong interest in the financial markets
  • Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong commercial orientation, with acute interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English, with additional languages an advantage
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses, with compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
