Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in CRM system development, maintenance, and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing CRM systems, integrating them with other interfaces, and ensuring seamless functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CRM projects from scratch, ensuring they meet the client's requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems with other applications and services.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of program specifications, code references, and technical notes.
- Provide expert advisory services on CRM system design, development, and integration.
- Manage regression test cycles and deployment processes to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Contribute to the improvement of CRM system performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM system development, implementation, and maintenance (at least 3 years).
- Expertise in CRM system design, development, and integration using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
