Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Classy Wheeler Limited as a skilled CRM Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM projects, driving system development and implementation, and providing expert technical guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients, including system integration with other interfaces.
  • Lead the functional design and development process for CRM systems, ensuring seamless workflow and report functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide detailed program specifications (code reference) and offer professional advisory services in CRM system implementation.
  • Maintain regression test cycles and drive system rollouts to ensure smooth execution.
  • Document all project deliverables, including technical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM system development, implementation, and support.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM software, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
