About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to strengthen and manage our partnerships, drive revenue through strategic partnerships, and deliver operational and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and Manage Partnerships: Utilise highly developed verbal and written communication skills to build trust, retain relationships, and provide exceptional support and training to our health partners.
  • Drive Revenue through Strategic Partnerships: Leverage sales and negotiation skills to identify and create revenue-generating opportunities via partnerships.
  • Operational and Administrative Excellence: Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative processes, ensuring high attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

  1. English Skills: Perfect professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  2. Striving for Excellence: Has a passion for excelling in all they do, evidenced in achievements and the references provided in the application process.
  3. Long-Term Vision: Strong dedication to fostering long-term collaboration, as demonstrated by previous experiences.
  4. Deep Relationship Management Skills: At least 8 years of experience managing and achieving exceptional results with high-value clients.
  5. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to turn partnerships into revenue opportunities.
  6. Digital & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online project management tools, email marketing systems, and work-from-home collaboration tools, and learns new tools and technology quickly.
  7. Inbound & Outbound Calling Skills: Highly developed skills to engage with partners through calls to foster relationships and explore opportunities.
  8. Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and utilising digital tools to stay organised.
  9. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and ensure operational excellence.
  10. Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing day-to-day administrative and operational functions with precision.
  11. Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative without direct oversight.
  12. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
  13. Integrity: Has the highest integrity.
  14. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
