AIA International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Marketing, Distribution & Partnerships team. With a strong background in insurance/financial services, management consulting or corporate strategy, you will play a vital part in advancing our movement towards creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

The successful candidate will drive the development of strategy for Partnership Distribution, special projects and manage business planning, analysis and management & financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and driving new partnership business development and collaboration initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Formulating strategic plans and integrated business plans for PD and specific PD channels.
  • Managing and handling business updates to senior executives, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing insightful analysis and recommendations to various management groups and stakeholders through performance reporting.
  • Analyzing revenue and expenses to identify opportunities and challenges, and providing ideas to maximize business strength.
  • Observing market trends and changes to identify opportunities and provide assessments to enhance business growth.
  • Collecting and analyzing market needs from internal and external sources to inform business planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with local budget guidelines and establishing internal controls.
  • Communicating vision, strategic priorities, business initiatives, and performance results to align staff expectations and maintain engagement.

Requirements:
  • University degree with over 8 years of experience in insurance/financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Qualification of CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and management articulation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Innovative, curious, and courageous to share insights and propose new business solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with good command of written and spoken English.

Salary Range: HKD $70,000 - HKD $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid annual leave.
