About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our General Trade sales team, you will be responsible for driving a strong strategic vision for building and managing General Trade Team excellence while achieving route-to-market effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate sales objectives and strategies for General Trade and Macau that align with overall company goals.
  • Lead the General Trade sales team in delivering sales excellence, maximizing Haleon brand exposure, and enhancing consumption to secure a competitive advantage.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and enhance customer relationships across all brands in Hong Kong. Optimize brand development to grow market share.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for Independent Drug Stores and Macau.
  • Identify potential emerging channels, E-Commerce and new business opportunities to leverage new possibilities.
