Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a high calibre General Manager with strong FMCG experience to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is designed to lead a diverse team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and trade marketing, preferably within an MNC and with the scope of Personal Care and Household categories.
They will also have proven leadership capability, strong P&L understanding, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
General Responsibilities- Lead a diverse team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
- Work closely with the client teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure the delivery of the P&L and all company objectives.
- Monitor and deliver all Client KPIs and contract KPIs.
- Work closely for joint value creation.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior management role within the FMCG industry, preferably within the scope of Personal Care and Household categories. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You will have a proven track record of delivering results and driving business performance.
