Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive business growth and excellence in the General Trade segment. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, enhance customer relationships, and optimize brand development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver sales excellence.
  • Maximize Haleon brand exposure and enhance consumption.
  • Drive profitability through Net Revenue Management.
  • Strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in related sales roles.
  • Proven experience in General Trade management and sales leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English & Chinese.
