Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our General Trade sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive the achievement of sales targets across all brands in Hong Kong, while optimizing brand development to grow market share.
  • Channel Excellence: Drive Independent Drug Stores and Macau Go-To-Market strategies by effective store segmentation and focusing on maximizing in-store excellence to outperform competitors and achieve channel KPIs.
  • Emerging Channels: Identify potential emerging channels, E-Commerce and new business opportunities to leverage new possibilities.
  • Profitability Maximization: Drive profitability maximization through Net Revenue Management and continuously enhance account productivity.
  • Customer Partnerships: Strengthen customer partnerships through effective programs and valuable trade insights.
  • Effective Collaboration: Establish effective collaboration across functions to achieve common business objectives.
  • People Management: Drive effective people management by providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Years of Experience: +8 years' experience in related sales experience in OTC / Healthcare / FMCG industry.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in General Trade management and sales leadership.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and presentation skills.
