Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team in Hong Kong, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a strong understanding of the retail media landscape in Hong Kong. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
