We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our Global Sales Support team, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis and sales operations activities related to our domestic and international regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting

Perform sales operations analysis activities associated with:

  • Sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual executive reports
  • Presentation preparation related to analysis activities
Collaboration and Communication

Regular interaction with Finance team for synchronization of finance and sales data, and assist with sales operations activities associated with Sales CRM/CLM system.

Ad Hoc Projects and Support

Respond to and support regional Sales VPs and their teams on report generation for revenue information, and participate in ad hoc projects representing Sales for process improvement/automation.

Database Maintenance

Perform database maintenance activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience

BS or BA degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years related experience in financial analysis/preparation.

Technical Skills

Proven excellent Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills required to build comprehensive, professional documents.

Soft Skills

Demonstrated analytical, project management, organization, and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Language Skills

Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
