Business Development Manager for Customer Loyalty Initiatives

We are Classy Wheeler Limited, a renowned Chinese wine and spirit brewing company based in Hong Kong. To drive our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee customer loyalty initiatives.

Estimated Annual Salary: HKD 450,000 - HKD 650,000

The ideal candidate will design and implement customer loyalty solutions that enhance the overall experience of our customers. This includes keeping up-to-date with best practices for customer loyalty communications and programs, and being responsible for all CRM data-driven marketing and loyalty/customer retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer loyalty strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve goals and ensure smooth program implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual and copy articulation that reflects our membership brand.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of CRM/Public Relations experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
