Lenovo Customer Delivery Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong relationship between Lenovo and its customers. This involves identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, resolving issues or complaints, and providing personalized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  2. Develop a professional relationship with key customer stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for all issues and challenges relating to the service.
  3. Intimately understand the customer's business, future plans, and strategy to provide additional services and value.
  4. Work with multiple Service Delivery Managers to achieve common engagement or customer projects/deliverables goals.
  5. Develop and put forward tactical and strategic initiatives to accelerate contract value to bookings and revenue recognition.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met and sales commitments are fulfilled.
  7. Drive continuous margin improvement programs and annual contract value growth.
  8. Ensure a great customer experience to gain contract renewals.
  9. Drive strategic initiatives to improve effectiveness and client delivery while enhancing employee engagement and motivation.
  10. Ensure correct governance and reporting on a regular cadence.
  11. Manage customer complaints and escalations related to delivery and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  12. Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of strategic technology experience in sales, customer success, or customer support roles.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve strategic issues.
  • Experience providing insights, building relationships, and driving value to C-Level clients in a B2B environment.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to manage high-intensity, high-pressure scenarios.
  • Experience in reporting to various stakeholders, including team and senior management.
  • Deep understanding of the technology stack and ability to support engineering teams.
  • Strong delivery track record with experience collaborating in a globally distributed team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
