Job Description
We are seeking a Hotline Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner. Your primary focus will be on life insurance product inquiries, arranging follow-up calls with customers, and addressing their complaints and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information on life insurance products.
- Arrange follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Record call information accurately in the company system.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Hold relevant licenses such as IIQE 1, 3, 5.
- Possess HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification with five subjects including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
- Demonstrate strong customer service techniques and communication skills.
- Be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
- Show proficiency in PC and Chinese word processing skills.
- Demonstrate great interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
