Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our relationship banking team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests related to banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and video-calls to deliver quality service and cross-sell suitable products and services.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customers' financial needs and achieve business targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding investment, insurance, and other banking products, offering after-sales support and resolving issues professionally.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as IIQE and HKSI are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is required.
  • You must be independent, self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Chinese input methods is essential.
  • Able to work on-shift duties as needed.
