Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through counter transactions, handling daily cash transactions, and providing excellent support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver quality customer services through counter transactions, including receiving and processing customer requests, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


You will also be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, including managing cash balances, preparing deposit and withdrawal slips, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Additionally, you will work closely with the back-end branch operations team to ensure seamless support and coordination.

  • To provide excellent support to customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and offering solutions to meet their needs.


Your role will also involve cross-selling retail banking products to customers, promoting bank services, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background and relevant experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

  • Secondary School graduate or above.


In addition, you should have proficiency in English and Cantonese, as well as fluency in Putonghua, to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
