Job Description

To provide exceptional customer experience through various digital channels, including live-chat, email, and social media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To identify opportunities to engage with customers and enhance their satisfaction.
  • To follow established procedures and workflows to complete tasks efficiently.
  • To adhere to company policies, guidelines, and requirements.
  • To proactively learn and stay updated with the latest knowledge related to the job responsibilities.
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Working Days: Minimum of 3 - 4 days per week, with a minimum of 4 hours per day.
  • Working Time: Night shift within 15:00 - 00:00.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in both English and Chinese.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
  • Knowledge of common PC software applications.
