- Handle and follow up clients' enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff based on the feedbacks gather from clients.
- Handle ESOP project processing and provide suggestions for clients in a professional manner.
- Providing reports and managing documents.
- Knowledge on KYC and AML procedures.
- Perform data entry and validation checking.
- Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation.
- Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Holder of SFC RA1 is preferred.
- Responsible, patient, customer-focused and good communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team.
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
