Job Title: Retail Education Manager - Makeup Category Specialist

This role plays a key part in driving and animating the makeup and fragrance category, blended learning, and client development education strategy in Asia Pacific markets.

As part of the Regional Retail Education team, you will work closely with the Training Managers in region to support their training content needs, and with the Regional Marketing team to refine retail tools, services, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align and coordinate with International Retail Education strategy to ensure delivery of proper adaptation of axis module, programs, guidelines, and service protocol across ASPAC regions.
  2. Optimize new counter services, counter tools, and centrally created training materials to provide high-level translate and develops market-relevance resources to answer the needs of each market.
  3. Work with Regional Retail Performance on monitoring ASPAC markets' client experience and Dior services at point of sales.
  4. Plan and organize annual regional seminar, workshop, and train-the-trainer program as well as targeted 'Specialist / Expert' populations in accordance with region identified needs and business priorities.
  5. Monitor the Axis Training curriculum, support markets with sights in defining the action and deployment plan market across the region.
  6. Collect feedback to continuously improve quality of materials to address the markets' needs, provide advice for category education and business development teams on services.
  7. Monitor 'Specialist / Expert' population, support market on certification process.

Requirements:

  • Certification or diploma in makeup artistry or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Makeup/ Fragrance/ Regional beauty retail training, including classroom and digital learning.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English; another Asian language is a plus.
  • Demonstrate great facilitation skills and strong at engaging participants.
  • Customer and retail focus with client centric mindset.
  • Have a global vision & understanding of the retail network; able to build collaborative and trusting relationships in a multi-cultural working environment with various interlocutors, including regional functional teams, local management, and field teams etc.
  • Strategic agility: able to propose, adjust and adapt new innovative ideas.
  • People-oriented and a strong communicator & influencer.
  • Proficient in MS applications especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
  • Travel Required in Asia Pacific region – approximately 30%.
