About the Role
The Area Sales Manager, Travel Retail Greater China (Luxury) will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing sales in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join ConnectedGroup and contribute to the success of our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize sales in the region
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including travel retail operators
- Monitor inventory levels, develop assortment plans, and negotiate terms and conditions with retailers
- Manage forecasts, T&E, and A&P/Trade Opex budgets to ensure optimal profitability
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail management, and marketing
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
- Result-driven with a strong sense of brand image and P&L
