Sales Performance Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of sales operations at KPay Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Analysis: Build and monitor sales performance dashboards, reports, and prepare business development proposals based on detailed business and data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-department projects and customer support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Sales Initiatives: Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets.
- Digital Transformation: Lead efforts to transition physical contracts to a digital format, enhancing accessibility and efficiency in contract management processes.
- Compensation Design: Develop and implement commission rules and incentive structures to motivate sales teams and align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management, data analysis, sales operations related field.
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Operations Manager.
