Our mission is to provide high-quality mobile devices, laptops, tablets to customers while minimizing environmental impact through sustainable business practices. Success Factors Meets assigned expectations for profitability Completes partner account plans that meet company standards Manages funnel, forecast, and sales opportunities to meet company standards Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame Responsibilities Proactively recruits new qualifying partners. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for mobile devices. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the mobile device industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends. Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts. Develop and maintain knowledge of mobile device industry trends, competitors, and best practices. Attend trade shows and conferences to network and keep abreast of industry developments. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferably in the mobile device industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Knowledge of the mobile device industry, competitors, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time. Must be able to speak Cantonese / Mandarin to communicate with Cantonese / Mandarin speaking clients.
