About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Strategist to join our team and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence, drive B2B revenue growth, and enhance our competitive edge.
  • Clients Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver training sessions to equip the sales team with the skills and product knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and maximize synergies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and features.
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
