Sales and Partnerships Manager

Clarrow is a leading organization in the insurance industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee B2B communication and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance innovative practices and business development strategies.
- Assist with additional tasks to support team efforts and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerage, experience with one of the following: P&C, GI, and or Employee Benefits, valid insurance certifications (IIQE), strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach, paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, competitive mindset with the ability to make a positive first impression, and proficient in multitasking.
