Sales and Partnership Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Professional to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team at AIA Hong Kong and Macau. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Sales in implementing business plans, promoting the AIA brand and products to corporate clients, and developing new business opportunities with designated brokerage partners. You will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, expanding the high-net-worth individual client base, and providing comprehensive support to key partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong insurance and investment product knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin. You will also need to be proficient in MS Office applications and have working knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
