We offer our clients a one-stop digital payments service for their retail, web sales, social media, and commerce needs.
About the Role
You will manage a team of channel partnerships professionals, working closely with the sales team to nurture and grow both new and existing partners.
Your responsibilities will include account management, partner growth, and day-to-day operations maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate relationships with key partners to strengthen executive connections.
- Educate partners on our product suite and the partner journey, activate partners to increase overall client referral activities, and manage daily partner operations.
- Develop initiatives and campaigns to drive scalable growth across different partner groups.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks/objections to secure buy-ins from partners and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- You are a proactive self-starter who can independently identify and execute new partnership opportunities.
- You are results-driven and hold yourself accountable for delivering on growth targets.
- You are a relationship builder with strong channel partnerships and contacts to leverage.
- You have extensive experience with best-practice partnership management.
