Stablecoin Business Growth Specialist

The Partnership Lead is a pivotal role at PQA Labs, responsible for driving the adoption and distribution of our USD-pegged stablecoin. We seek an individual with experience in partnership development or business development within the fintech, crypto/digital assets, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, digital wallet and custodian providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, and RegTech companies.
- Targeted Industry Partnerships: Establish partnerships with key traditional industries, including import/export, logistics, retail, remittance services, tourism and hospitality, real estate, and supply chain management.
Partner Management:
- Comprehensive Strategies: Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase stablecoin adoption, usage, and liquidity.
- Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company goals, and mutual benefit.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (compliance, technology, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless partnership integration and execution.
Market Analysis and Expansion:
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the evolving regulatory landscape for stablecoins in Hong Kong and globally, ensuring compliance and identifying new opportunities.
- Ecosystem Contribution: Contribute to the building of the company's business ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Qualifications: Must hold Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Min 5 years' experience in partnership development or business development within the fintech, crypto/digital assets, or related industries.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Aptitude: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
