Job Description

This role supports the Sales team in driving business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales logistics, developing dashboards, and conducting market research to support new business development and account expansion.

  • Become the key point of contact within the Sales team, supporting Account Managers across all deliverables.
  • Assist Account Managers with onboarding and contract renewal processes.
  • Extract Salesforce data to create informative dashboards and sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and provide valuable insights to support the Sales team.
  • Generate leads to build a strong pipeline of clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or a related field. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
