Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide sales administration support to the regional sales team in Asia.
  2. Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records.
  3. Translate artwork information as required.
  4. Assist with sending out artwork information packs, invoices, and catalogue mail outs.
  5. Oversee the preparation of client lists and update information on the database.
  6. Assist with management and maintenance of client database.
  7. Act as the point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person as required.
