At Zespri International, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong leader with a background in sales or marketing to fill this exciting role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and be able to build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Category Advice & Shopper Marketing:

  • Collaborate with trade marketing teams to develop consumer- and shopper-centric campaigns
  • Work with distributors' marketing teams to tailor campaigns to local markets

Internal Business Planning:

  • Work with trade marketing to build an annual sales and marketing calendar
  • Leverage analysis to understand and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with key customers

Operational Excellence:

  • Forecast demand and manage customer inventory
  • Manage customer sell-through and orders
  • Oversee quality claims and minimize fruit loss
